Barleywine Graphics was started in 1997 offering web, print, and graphic design services throughout New England. We are a full-service creative agency offering web design and development, logo, and print design for promotion, packaging, and advertising. Our clients have ranged from individual artists and small independent companies to non-profit agencies, municipalities, schools, as well as large CPG firms like Green Mountain Coffee.

Originally from Virginia, Melissa began her career as a freelance graphic designer for the television industry, working for production and post-production facilities in New York City on projects that varied from television commercials to motion pictures to daily network programs and specials. Her clients have included Viacom, PBS, Miramax Films, Imagine Films, CBS, NBC, ESPN, Lifetime Television, and MTV.
She first came to Vermont on vacation with her husband, author Steve Snyder in 1988, finally moving to the southern Green Mountains permanently in 1995, owning and operating a specialty herb business before opening Barleywine Graphics in 1997.
Barleywine Graphics is located in beautiful Weathersfield, Vermont, in an historic 200 year-old farmhouse with views of the mountains - truly the best of all worlds!
